Orders received before 11am PST will be processed same day. Anything after 11am PST will be processed the next business day.
We are closed for National Holidays, shipments will resume the next business day.
Please note, if the incorrect shipping address information is entered into our system, StackedSkincare is not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement. Please be sure you have entered all your shipping information correctly.
If the package is returned to us, if you would like us to re-ship it, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost. Alternatively, we will refund you less the cost of shipping.
All customers are responsible for any international duties & taxes imposed on imports for your country on international orders.
