What is StackedRewards?
StackedRewards is a loyalty program for www.stackedskincare.com (the “Website”) owned or controlled by StackedSkincare® (the “Website Owner”) that is available only to registered users of StackedRewards on the Website (“Users” or “you”).
Users accessing and engaging with StackedRewards in accordance with these StackedRewards Rules (the “Rules”) can earn Points (defined below) for activities described on the Website (i.e. purchasing online, reviewing products and much more). Points are deposited into the User’s account and can be used to redeem rewards (“Rewards”). The Rewards may change at any time, and from time to time, without notice, at the sole discretion of the Website Owner. Participation in StackedRewards constitutes acceptance of these Rules as modified by the Website Owner from time to time.
Who is eligible to join?
StackedRewards is offered only in the United States (“US”) (excluding, without limitation, all other US territories and overseas military installations) to individuals who are 16 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 (“Minors”) must obtain their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent prior to participation. By submitting an application for StackedRewards, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these Rules. To enroll in the StackedRewards, you must provide your first name, last name, mailing address, and phone number. When registering for StackedRewards you agree to only register one (1) account for the purpose of accruing or earning Points.
What does it cost?
Enrollment in StackedRewards is free. Subject to these Rules, you simply shop and get rewarded for it. To enroll, create an account on StackedSkincare.com. During each site visit, make sure you are logged into your account to earn points for sharing or writing a review. During checkout, be sure you are logged in so your purchases will automatically be credited to your member account.
Is StackedRewards a Credit Card?
No. It is a free program that offers you benefits for your purchases. Earn Points every time you shop and redeem Points for cash value and/or discounts on products.
What are StackedRewards Points?
StackedRewards allows Users to earn Points for purchasing, using, reviewing, interacting or responding to the Website, in accordance with the Rules and the rules of any promotion. For the purposes of StackedRewards, “Points” shall mean those particular StackedRewards currency, which can be used to redeem certain Rewards. Points and their values are: (a) determined by the Website Owner at its sole discretion; (b) subject to change at any time without notice; (c) may vary among promotions; (d) are subject to approval; and (e) may be subject to a limit for the amount of Points that may be earned during a defined period and/or for specific actions as determined at the sole discretion of the Website Owner. All Points, including but not limited to earning, saving and using, must be used in compliance with these Rules.
How do I earn Points?
Subject to change, Users may earn a certain number of Points when you shop online at the Website, review purchases, and refer friends. Points translate into a currency that can be used to purchase any product at StackedSkincare.com. Point-earning activities are fully described in the program overview on the StackedRewards page or through a particular promotion through which a User is invited to participate. Points shall be deposited in your account at a commercially reasonable time after they are earned. Any inquiries regarding Points not correctly deposited must be received by the Website Owner within ten (10) business days of the date of alleged accrual of Points. Points are not transferable. However, through our referral points program, you can send friends your StackedSkincare personal discount code as noted below for their first purchase.
Points are not awarded for gift cards, shipping or delivery charges, discounts, taxes, and fees. Custom priced orders are not eligible to earn Points. The qualifying purchase amount is the amount paid at checkout after application of all promotions, coupons and Rewards redemption. Amounts spent on gift cards, shipping or delivery charges, discounts, taxes, and fees do not count toward earning Points.
There are the following limitations on the number of points you can earn:
- All points expire 365 days from purchase date
Are there membership levels in StackedRewards?
Yes. Once you spend $750 in a calendar year, you will be upgraded to Gold Status. Once you spend $2000 in a calendar year, you will be upgraded to Platinum Status. You are also eligible to:
- Earn points 50% faster per level;
- Earn more bonus Points; and/or
- More exclusive offers.
Why do I not see all of my Points?
When you earn Points for certain activities, the Points will initially appear as pending. They only become available as redeemable Points after the specified pending period has passed, usually up to 72 hours. You can view your pending and current Point balance in your account dashboard. Login to your Account and go to Reward Points. There you can view your approved and pending Points.
Do my Points expire?
Points expire 365 days after the date they were earned, or as otherwise subject to applicable law.
How do I redeem Points?
To redeem your Points for rewards, login to your account and shop at StackedSkincare.com. When you are ready to checkout, proceed to Checkout. If you qualify for a Reward, you may select a Reward to redeem on the “Rewards” tab. Upon clicking “Apply” you will then see your Reward savings subtracted from your subtotal. Proceed and click “Checkout” to redeem your Reward and complete your purchase.
Will I receive any birthday gifts?
Yes, if you provide us with your birthday, you will receive double points on 1 purchase during your birthday month.
What happens to my Points when I return an item?
Your Points, base, and bonus, are deducted from your Points balance.
How does the referral program work?
In your Refer & Earn Points tab in your Account Dashboard, you will have a unique referral link/code. Share that link/code with friends to use for their first purchase on StackedSkincare.com. That friend will receive 15% off their first purchase and you will earn Points for that referral’s purchase.
Do I earn Points for referral purchases?
Yes, you earn 1 Point for every dollar a referral spends on products during their first purchase on StackedSkincare.com when they use your referral link/code. You will see the accrued referral Points in your Reward Points tab in your Account Dashboard.

Can I change my profile name?
Yes. You can change your name in your Account Dashboard.
How can I view my Points balance?
To view your balance and activity, login to your Account on StackedSkincare.com. Once you are logged in, click on Reward Points. You will find a detailed list of all program activity, and the Points you have accrued for each action.
How can I report a problem or make a suggestion?
Please contact our Customer Service department with any questions by emailing email@example.com.
What is the StackedRewards termination policy?
StackedRewards may terminate at any time at the Website Owner’s sole discretion, upon notice of termination. Notice of termination shall be provided to Users in the manner the Website Owner deems reasonable, including but not limited to, posting such notice on the Website, Facebook application or blog.
What happens to my Points upon termination?
Points may expire, subject to applicable law. Users must redeem and use all Points before expiration or the effective date of termination. However, notice of early termination shall not be provided for any actions, petitions or adjudications associated with bankruptcy, insolvency, assignments to creditors or material business interruptions of the Website Owner.
Points cannot be earned after StackedRewards is terminated. Unless prohibited by law, unused Points shall be forfeited upon termination of StackedRewards.
A User may terminate participation by notifying the Website Owner at firstname.lastname@example.org, and upon such termination, the User may use Points accumulated up to the date of termination.
By joining StackedRewards, Users agree: (a) to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Website Owner, which are final on all matters pertaining to StackedRewards, and (b) to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Website Owner (and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities, divisions, distributors, wholesalers, partners, licensees, retailers, sponsors, partnerships, representatives, vendors, contractors, successors, assigns, principals, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents, and their advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies and all other promotional partners) from any and all liability or claims for damages arising from (i) altered, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, defaced, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, stolen, delayed, garbled, misrouted, incomplete entries or human, telephone, computer, online or technical malfunctions (including busy lines and disconnections); (ii) their participation in Stacked Skincare Rewards; (iii) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, use, redemption, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Points or Rewards or preparing for or participation in any related activity; or (iv) all damages or injury to persons or property related to use or misuse of StackedRewards.
StackedRewards and these Rules shall be governed by, and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Website Owner and all entities involved in conducting StackedRewards, reserve the right in their sole discretion to limit participation in StackedRewards, assess varying Point values to Point earning opportunities, and to terminate or disqualify any User’s involvement in StackedRewards. The Website Owner is not responsible for the inability of a User to accept, redeem and/or use Rewards for any reason, including without limitation, any third-party’s terms and conditions and/or the terms of business and operations for a particular entity.
StackedRewards Malfunctions and Conduct
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
STACKEDREWARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
The Website Owner is not responsible or liable for: (a) incomplete or incorrect information, garbled transmissions, and telecommunications failures or service interruptions; (b) a User’s use of the Website, Points or Rewards; (c) for typographical, printing or other errors in the offer or administration of StackedRewards; (d) errors, irregularities or failures in: (i) awarding, accumulating, receiving, redeeming or using Points; (ii) advertising; or (iii) accessing StackedRewards; (e) mistakes in or changes to the Rules, the selection, notification and announcement of the Points or the distribution of Rewards; (f) any direct or indirect damage(s), loss(es), expense(s) or injury(ies) relating to, or arising out of the design, manufacture or use of any Rewards; or (g) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in StackedRewards or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in StackedRewards. The Website Owner assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft of or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, points or point accruing activities. The Website Owner is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunction of any online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, hardware/software, players or browsers, failure of email or Points or Point accruing activities due to or resulting from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this StackedRewards.
By participating in StackedRewards, you affirm that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Rules, and to abide by and comply with these Rules. If any provision of these Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
If any action or proceeding is brought to enforce or interpret any provision of these Rules, or the rights or obligations of any party hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred or sustained by such party in connection with such action or proceeding.
The several headings and captions of the sections used herein are for convenience of reference only, and shall in no way be deemed to limit, define or restrict the substantive provisions of these Rules. These Rules may not be changed, waived, amended or modified except by the Website Owner as provided herein or otherwise by written instrument signed by the Website Owner. These Rules may change, in the Website Owner’s sole discretion, with or without notice to any User. If a change occurs, the User’s continued participation in StackedRewards shall constitute an agreement to the changes. These Rules or any right, obligation, or remedy hereunder is not assignable, transferable, delegatable, or sublicensable by a User except with the Website Owner’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, transfer, delegation, or sublicense shall be null and void. The Website Owner’s may assign, transfer, or delegate these Rules or any right or obligation or remedy hereunder in its sole discretion.
