Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery to our customers. If you wish to return an item after receiving it, please refer to our return policy below

Returns

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—you have up to 30 days to return items purchased at StackedSkincare.

Please email hello@stackedskincare.com with your order # and the items you want returned.

We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.

Please note: we are unable to provide postage on returns.

Shipping

We know you can’t wait to try our products. That’s why we process all orders received before 11 a.m. PST Monday through Friday on the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST and on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Like most companies, we take the day off on national holidays, but we’ll get your shipment out the next business day.

We offer free USPS shipping in the US for orders over $75.

Expedited Shipping

We strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for our customers. While we offer free USPS shipping over $75, we understand that sometimes you might need your products sooner. That's why we also provide priority shipping options.

Please note, however, that priority shipping is handled by third-party carriers, as is all shipping. Although we process and ship your orders promptly, we cannot guarantee the delivery times promised by these carriers.

In the event that your priority shipment doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, we won't be able to refund the shipping cost, whether you decide to keep or return the product. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to work with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.

International Shipping

StackedSkincare® offers multiple shipping options for all international orders available to select at checkout, though please note that you’re responsible for international duties & taxes imposed on imports in your country.
