Return & Shipping Policy
We know you can’t wait to get your hands on our products. That’s why we process all orders received before 11 am PST the very same day. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the next business day. Pretty speedy, right?
Like most companies, we take the day off on national holidays, but we’ll get your shipment out the next business day.
Mistakes happen, but please note that if you enter incorrect shipping info into our system, we’re not responsible for refunding or sending a replacement. Please be sure to double check your info before placing your order.
If your package can’t be delivered and is returned to us, and you would like us to re-ship it, we ask that you pay for the additional shipping cost. Alternatively, we can refund your order minus the original cost of shipping.
StackedSkincare® sends overseas, but please note that you’re responsible for international duties & taxes imposed on imports in your country. All international shipping rates are determined by the carrier.
People before products means that all StackedSkincare® purchases are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We think you’ll love our stuff, but if you aren’t happy for any reason, you may return your products within 30 days. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You can send your return via your preferred shipping carrier, but please do NOT include “signature required” in case we’re out to lunch or whipping up something new in the lab.
While we don’t cover return shipping costs, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 days of receiving your product.
