Stainless Steel Ice Roller for Face

Designed by an Aesthetician. Built to Stay Cold.

Back in stock January 2027.

Hot skin? Puffy eyes? This is your chill pill.

This stainless steel ice roller instantly cools, depuffs and soothes irritated skin. No batteries, no charging, no fuss. It's the go-to tool for redness, breakouts, hot flashes and post-treatment care.

Most ice rollers are generic, mass-produced and plastic. I designed this one myself, from the shape of the head to the way it rolls.

What Makes It Different

  • All stainless steel. Holds cold longer than plastic rollers.
  • Egg-shaped head. Made to glide over your under-eyes, cheekbones and jawline.
  • Ball bearing. Rolls smoothly, without dragging or sticking.
  • Silicone cap included.
  • Award-winning. Designed by licensed aesthetician Kerry Benjamin.

What It Helps With

  • Reduces puffiness and visible inflammation
  • Softens the look of under-eye bags
  • Calms redness and heat in the skin
  • Cools and soothes skin after peels and treatments

How to Use an Ice Roller

  1. Keep it in the freezer. Let it sit for 15 seconds before using so it's cold, but not painfully cold.
  2. Start with clean skin.
  3. Roll with light pressure, upward and outward toward your jawline and ears.
  4. Finish by rolling down your neck toward your collarbone.

Where It Fits in Your Routine

Morning, for puffiness: Cleanse. Ice roller. EGF Activating Serum. Moisturizer. SPF.

Night, after your peel: Cleanse. TCA Multi-Acid Face Peel. Ice roller. EGF Activating Serum. Moisturizer.

I use it right after the TCA Peel. It cools the heat, cuts down the redness, and feels incredible when I'm overheated or breaking out.

When to Skip It

  • Rosacea: Cold can make rosacea redness worse.
  • Breakouts: It calms inflammation but won't treat acne. Use the High Frequency Wand and TCA Multi-Acid Face Peel for that.
